He/She is required to deliver monthly sales target ( based on GP ), with forecast for next month's sales activities. It will be basic salary and commission package.

1. Assist in developing and expanding overseas markets, gaining exposure to international sales.

2. Support building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying potential clients, and nurturing existing accounts.

3. Contribute to the implementation of the company’s marketing strategies and regional market plans.

4. Gather information on market trends, demand changes, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support team decisions.

5. Participate in domestic and international exhibitions and engage with overseas clients.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Recent graduate or final-year student, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn about relationship management and market dynamics

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales leads through to completion of contracts.
• Lead corporate sales initiatives for new properties in collaboration with marketing teams.
• Identify and hunt for new corporate clients (B2B) while maintaining existing relationships.
• Conduct engaging property viewings that effectively showcase unique customer experience.
• Executing the Sales strategy.
• Managing the customer experience from lead generation through to move-in and retention.
• Actively gather market and industry insights to share to identify business opportunities and present upwards.
• Participation in trade shows, familiarisation trips, client entertainment and industry events.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Sales or Leasing is essential, you MUST come from a Hotel, Hospitality, Serviced Apartment background. Experience in a B2B environment is REQUIRED.
• Must be responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills are required.
• Proactive and enthusiastic individual.

Job Description

• Lead and mentor team members to develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, increase revenue and expand market share in both existing and new markets
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Drive business by identifying new business opportunities, drive growth through identifying and meeting potential clients and building positive relationships
• Work closely with team to enhance their proficiency and product knowledge, enabling them to sell effectively to our distributors and retailers
• Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely, accurate and cost-effective delivery of products
• Oversee inventory management, monitor products availability
• Coordinate with warehouses, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to resolve any issues and ensure smooth shipping and fulfilment
• Generate reports, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, shipments, inventory levels and other logistics-related data
• Facilitate clear communication across departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while meeting sales targets
• Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, customer demands and suggest ways for improvements
• Dashboard reporting on sales performance for product line and distributor/region sales through data collection and analysis
• Support in internal and external audits

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business, Sales, Logistics & Supply Chain or any relevant field of study
• Has at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a sales or business development role or equivalent
• Has at least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management position
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Possess leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Strong analytical skills to analyse market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
• Experience in managing budgets and forecasting sales targets
• Proficient in MS Office software
• Able to travel overseas for business trips when required
• Open to work in warehouse when required
• Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events

Good to Have

• Possess a driving license class 3/3A
• Proficiency in Japanese language is advantageous due to communication with Japanese speaking associates or business partners (please indicate level of proficiency if applicable)
• Experience in playing Bushiroad’s TCGs will be a bonus
