Roles and Responsibilities

( First 6 months )

- Manage , control and Attend tender site show and assigned to designer .QS for calculation on costing from the Design. Ensure accuracy on items design and proposed.

- Support on admin works for Project Team , on quotation , arrangement of delivery , ordering of materials for ongoing project , co-ordination and communication with the client and contractor .Gain a good understanding of internal roles, project and administrative processes to aid the smooth management from initial brief to final reporting• Gain an awareness of the necessary level of financial control for projects; Learn how to budget, forecast • Provide an opportunity to take ownership of small scale project.

- Assist in preparing and updating project administration documents; Attend tender site briefing, update and forward to designer, QS from compilation of costing to final submission on tender . Support to Director’s on quotation, costing if necessary • Act as a support to Project Team Team co-ordination assisting with calendar management, monitor tender attendance• Source new contact brief and manage external contractors and suppliers • Amend shop drawing ,

After 6 months

- *Coordination of on-site projects (Residential/Commercial)

- *Solve On-site Issues, address customer's renovation issues/problems

- *Ensure that renovation/project timeline is according to schedule timeline

- *Coordinate with designers, contractors and vendors

- *Liaising with contractors on modification, changes and others.
