RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all day-to-day operations of the company's owned e-commerce system, including responding to customer queries, relevant documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders and partners for order fulfilment.
• Support the e-commerce strategy, including web development to enhance to e-commerce site, content management, pricing management, sales materials and ensure best practice is maintained across the website.
• Managing and working with wider teams, partners and vendors.
• Collaborate with marketing team to create a comms strategy to increase sales by driving awareness of the platform and drive conversion.
• Plan, implement and track sales to optimize results and meet commercial goals and KPIs.
• Other adhoc tasks as assigned from time to time by your Reporting Officer.

• 2 - 3 years of working experience in E-Commerce Channel Management.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Commerce (Magento).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Meticulous with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, ROI driven.
• Strong project management abilities, including the coordination of multiple tasks and stakeholders and the ability to manage deadlines.
• Confident, driven and dynamic, the candidate needs to work well as a team player, and to work independently when required.

Operations Manager Requirements:

• Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Solid understanding of financial management

• Organise and conduct regular credit & AR review meetings with sales departments to close out all delinquent accounts.
• Follow up and communicate with customers.
• Review and process new customer account applications.
• Maintain and update particulars and credit limits of customer accounts in SAP.
• Monitor daily sales transactions for credit holds in SAP and communicate with sales department to address overdue issues.
• Disseminate or circulate invoices, statements of accounts, reminder and confirmation letters.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and confirmations.
• Prepare regular collections and AR status reports for management and for HQ.
• Liaise with insurer and apply for trade credit insurance for customer accounts with credit terms.
• Liaise with banks in respect of bank guarantees including but not limited to letters of credit.
• Check supporting documents to carry out billings to customers.
• Other adhoc duties assigned by Senior Financial Controller/ Assistant Manager.
