- Complete Declaration at stipulated rate per day and per hour with full compliance.

• Receive pre-alert through email from sales support and overseas agents

• Transfer and create job information into company in-house system

• Break-bulk console and direct consignments

• Co-ordinate with contractor for airlines and agents cargo clearance

• Correspond with overseas offices on general import inquiries

• Attend to customers’ requests for flight info, cargo, and delivery status, permit, invoice, etc

• Attend to POD requested by overseas and local customers

• Respond query from the Singapore Customs, e.g., Compound, Z02, refund etc

• Prepare and issue invoices and billings to close the jobs

• Filing of documents

• Any ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the company’s management

Requirements

-At least 1 year relevant experience in freight forwarding
