• To make sure the internal validation rules are well applied before PO creation.

1. Recharge management

• To coordinate the reception of the monthly recharge through the whole APAC region and to make sure those are booked on a timely manner, within the month in question.

• To seek final validation and further pass the recharge to finance team for booking.

1. SAP Internal Order Management.

The Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process starts with a telephone interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team, followed by an assessment for you to complete in your own time. If successful, you will be invited to an interview. Our standard recruitment process lasts around 1 month however, this can be adapted if necessary.

The role will ideally commence in early 2025. However, we have start dates available every month of the year and you will be asked to state your availability on your application form. Whilst there are no set application deadlines, we strongly recommend applying as early as possible so that we can begin processing your application. As Senior Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the Sales Enablement function by supercharging the success of our sales teams, equipping them with the tools, resources and knowledge to exceed our goals. Your focus will be on increasing deal-flow velocity through the creation and management of sales collateral such as thought leadership content, white papers and engaging pieces of work that can challenge the position of cross-border payments in a competitive landscape and amplify our sales message.  

You will also support our sales colleagues as a subject matter expert at conferences, events and on specific opportunities where you join sales meetings to assist winning new partners or expanding existing partner revenues. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Delivery and other teams to ensure maximum velocity is achieved through our sales cycle. Your Mission: 

• Define the key issues that exist within the region in relation to the servicing of cross-border payments for consumers, small to medium businesses and large platform enterprises . Build and maintain a strategy that positions Wise Platform, our products and services as the solution to these issues.
• Develop and maintain a target list of accounts that fit with our GTM approach in the region and our overall Wise Platform strategy, sharing and refining with the regional lead as appropriate.
• Work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop a comprehensive commercial playbook that will enable an efficient and transferable launch into a new market or new product.
• Develop and maintain sales collateral that addresses these issues in collaboration with Marketing, such as white papers and thought leadership content to challenge the status quo of cross-border payments.
• Create an evolving competitor analysis document that highlights the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities of our key competitors in comparison to Wise Platform. 
• Support the creation of internal and external sales collateral that will form part of our sales playbook - delivering a consistent and compelling message to our sales teams and partners.
• Help to maintain our knowledge management platform as a single source of information, collateral and data. Ensure our content is accurate and up to date by collaboration with various stakeholders such as Product and by adhering to our control framework.
• Assist with the creation and management of our RFP content library to streamline our response process.
• Work closely with our regional Sales Co-ordinators to ensure consistency of delivery and Sales Enablement support across all regions. 
• Provide subject matter expertise to our sales team by joining partner opportunity meetings / workshops and industry conferences.

The IT Executive is responsible for providing applications consultancy, advice, and support for both purchased and developed systems, such as Infor LN and TimeWay. The role involves troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults, and ensuring that system setups are appropriately configured for end users. Additionally, the IT Executive will be tasked with setting up and configuring workstations and notebooks, managing multiple incidents and tasks, selecting vendors for IT products and services, and safeguarding our infrastructure against malware.

As an employee, you help maintain our organization’s quality, safety, and environmental management system in the process of continuous improvement. Manages the guest journey from pre-arrival to post-departure

• Supervise and direct the team of Guest Experience Executive to ensure that personalized care is provided to all hotel guests at Heart of House throughout their stay.
• Manages the Pullman Singapore Orchard guest experience through a seamless flow of processes.
• Upholds a flawless impression and perception of Pullman Singapore Orchard services, products, and colleagues.
• Accommodates all guest needs and requests, anticipating guest needs, and creating memorable experiences through personalized service.

The Guest Services Executive is to perform various aspects of the front office operations and demonstrates high level of service throughout the entire guest journey.
