What your days might look like

This position, based in Singapore, is within our high-performing Direct Sales function, which comprises of both inbound and outbound sales verticals.

Reporting to the SDR Manager (SEA), you will be a key member of the Direct Sales team, partnering closely with Sales, Revenue Technology, Commercial Operations and other members of the business to generate opportunities for the Account Executive team. As a Sales Development Representative (Outbound), you'll be responsible for:

• Source new sales opportunities through outbound lead prospecting, cold calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and requirements through discovery calls

What a Senior Manager, Technical Sales Engineering, Card Present Processing does at Visa:

The role will be responsible for providing technical and functional expertise for Visa Acceptance Platform card present solutions to merchants, acquirers, payment service providers or technology partners. The role requires you to lead the technical pre-sales consultation, implementation, and integration of new or existing clients.

You will be required to work closely with regional & local sales teams, internal operations teams, and product teams to ensure success. The success of this role will be measured on growth of revenue and successfully integrated clients. Candidates should have demonstrated skills in card present solutions implementation with merchants, acquirers, payment service providers or technology providers. The candidate should also possess Solution Consulting, Architecture Design, Project management, Business Process consulting, and presentation/training in complex IT environments. Familiarity with SaaS solutions related to bankcard/acquiring, payment gateway, payment security, and fraud prevention. The Tax Manager/Tax Executive plays an essential role within the APAC Tax team, working with the Tax Managers on direct tax and Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (“BEPS”) related compliance for the APAC region, as well as serving as a key liaison between the APAC Tax team and cross-functional business stakeholders on various global and regional tax projects.

Responsibilities: 

1. Corporate Tax Compliance and BEPS

• Prepare tax schedules and managing tax compliance reporting and payment deadlines and other related matters for approximately 30 entities within the APAC region, including working with external tax consultants and reviewing their deliverables.
• Prepare monthly tax provisions for Singapore entities.
• Prepare and liaise with external tax consultants on Tax Risk Management & Control Framework for Corporate Income Tax (“CTRM”) for Singapore and similar Corporate Tax Governance Framework for the APAC region.
• Prepare responses to information requests by tax authorities.
• Assist with the implementation of BEPS-related compliance and processes for the APAC region, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline existing processes and systems.

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud technologies, including Databricks, AWS, and GCP, to effectively support regional sales teams and ensure smooth sales processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating communication and activities across multiple regional teams, ensuring timely updates and alignment on sales strategies.

The individual will contribute to Bank sales acceleration for Visa Direct in Asia Pacific.  This is a unique opportunity to be part of building a new ecosystem in the fast-moving world of payment and one of the key growth pillars in Visa Commercial and Money Movement business.

Team Summary
The Head of Acceptance Sales leads a team of sales leaders and sales executives in the regional market support centre in Singapore and throughout the Asia Pacific region. This team are accountable for driving sales, revenue growth and overall market adoption of Visa’s expanding range of solutions on the seller-side of the payments ecosystem. Identifying how customers define success and then linking Visa Products and Services to specific customer needs so they achieve their defined goals. 

The role reports to the Senior Vice President, Head of Value-Added Services, Asia Pacific, and is a key member of the Asia Pacific Value-Added Services leadership team.

• Exceed ambitious sales targets

Team Summary

The Regional New Business Development team is responsible for growing the acceptance and usage of Cybersource throughout the Asia Pacific (AP) region. The team is responsible for targeting net new merchants, acquirers and payment service providers as well as other companies accepting or facilitating payments to add them to our growing client portfolio. This team also works closely with other Visa teams to offer Visa acceptance solutions for checkout, processing, analytics, fraud, security and other digital solutions in the AP region.

Cost Controller Executive

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• To calculate the recipe cost based on the input from the Chef / Bartenders 
• Check the ingredients of the recipe – the quantity, the code, the cost price, the loss factor  
• To calculate the potential beverage cost for every bars/outlets – either based on the recipe cost or item price  
• Calculate the cost of event based on Banquest Beverage Control 
• To ensure in absence of POS system, the manual system’s compensating controls should include a chit system for all food orders sent to kitchen or bad for preparation/creation 
• To ensure creation for new/change of Discount Key must approve by Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Finance and Hotel Manager before creation. Outlet Manager must submit printed test check after key created. ( As Operationly Required) 
• To update Menu Engineering for all F&B outlets as followss 
• Revenue as per Sales Report from Point of Sales System  
• Cost as per on the Recipes provided by Chefs 
• Conduct stock take in the kitchens, bars, resturant, Food Store, Beverage Store, Tobacco Store and Wine Cellar

Manages Administration and General

• Ensures Rooms Division’s smooth daily operation by performing all tasks in adherence with the code of ethics as issued by Raffles Singapore.
• Oversees the daily occurrence of departmental expenses for better control and oversight for the end-of-month profit and loss reconciliation.
