Accounts Executive, Payroll

Reporting to the Accountant, we are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Executive, Payroll to manage the hotel’s payroll system, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of wages in compliance with applicable tax laws and Four Seasons Hotel Singapore policies. Investment Reporting is a critical function within the Finance department, supporting Income's multi-asset investment portfolios totaling over $30 billion.

We collaborate closely with various departments across the organization and external service providers to provide operational oversight and support for investment portfolios, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

As a member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting reporting functions essential for managing the assets of insurance funds.

• Conduct month-end financial closing activities, including but not limited to:

• Ensure daily needs of residents are well taken care of
• Motivate residents through their day to day interaction
• Oversee security screening to ensure contrabands are not brought into the house.
• Facilitate the process of residents checking in and out of the halfway house on a daily basis and provide daily updates on the headcount and other activities/incidents (if any) throughout the tour of duty. Any unusual movements should be highlighted and reported to the relevant parties.
