As a Revenue Executive, we rely on you to

• Manage room and function space inventory to optimize revenue for hotels in the market.
• Allocate and restrict inventory effectively to maximize profitability.
• Build and implement rates, packages, and sales strategies within the hotels’ property management systems.
• Conduct detailed analyses of revenue and demand related to hotel rooms and space inventory.
• Contribute to forecasts, budgets, and weekly/daily revenue projections.
• Analyze sales strategy effectiveness and prepare historical and future analyses of revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize revenue potential.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and be responsible for end-to-end processing of the full set of accounts, inclusive of Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivables / General Ledger transactions & reconciliations.

2. Check invoices, billings, and expense claims with their related supporting documents and ensure accounting policies and procedures are followed.

3. Prepare payment vouchers, reconcile bank balances, and record and upload related information to the financial system, ensuring accuracy.

Job Description

• Oversee the development of the Project Brief and Business Case
• Authorise expenditure levels, set stage tolerances and ensure funding for agreed expenditure is available
• Authorise or reject proposed changes to cost or timescale beyond tolerance levels and all proposed changes to scope, checking for possible effects on the Business Case
• Be responsible for the planning, briefing , implementation and monitoring of marketing activity across all major marketing channels, including off the page, online and affiliates
• Liaise with Programme or Corporate Management on progress
• Archive end-of-project documentation (drawings, permits, ) and hand off finished products
• Fulfil all necessary administrational duties relating to the role
• Authorise the project’s continuance or early closure at stage review meetings of the Project Board

• Administer centre communication via emails, SMS confirmations, and other channels.

Centre Operations

• Maintain and update student records for registrations, renewals, withdrawals, and lesson rescheduling.
• Keep worksheet and class attendance records accurate and up-to-date.
• Facilitate timely collection of term fees and manage late payments.
• Schedule and update class rosters.

Sales Reporting

• Prepare monthly reports on teacher, class, and student statistics.
• Provide weekly updates on leads and conversion rates.

Centre Maintenance

• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of the centre.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment and services (e.g., copier, lighting, air-conditioning, internet).
• Monitor stock levels of brochures, stationery, snacks, and other supplies.
• Manage mail correspondence by opening and attending to incoming letters.

• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
