Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide End-User Support

• Provide day-to-day IT support to AHL employees, software application troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of workstation and other AHL IT equipment such as desktop computers, printers, scanners, or handheld devices etc.
• Track and follow through all IT issues and requests raised through IT Helpdesk by end-users, including monitoring the quality of support rendered by the 3rd party support vendor.
• Conduct system, application, IT inventory documentation and user training when needed.
• Assist AHL employees face-to-face, via phone or remote assistance tools.
• Resolve issues that occur outside of normal business hours when needed.

2. Maintain and Upgrade Network, Systems and Equipment

• Ensure all IT on-premise and cloud systems are updated and running smoothly and securely at all times with strict compliance to corporate IT Policies.
• Responsible in carrying out periodic maintenance and perform installation, upgrading, migrations and troubleshooting on systems.
• Assist in tasks pertaining to the upgrade or purchase of new hardware, software or equipment. This includes, but not limited to liaising and following up effectively with AHL employees and vendors on hardware, software or equipment matters.
• Provide IT hardware /software housekeeping and control procedures, including physical and data security.
• Ensure IT inventory is properly stored, and accounted for.
• Assist in managing IT procurement process, ensuring that procured products, applications or services meets Company’s requirements, delivered on time and are within budget.

3. Supporting role in Data and Cyber Security Management

• Support IT Manager in day-to-day management of safety and integrity of organisational data, including client information and internal information. This includes maintaining, backing up and securing servers, databases, IT infrastructure and restoring of files as needed.
• Maintain network, systems, and data security, especially in the area of Cybersecurity.

Qualifications & Requirement

Educational qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology, or equivalent professional qualification

Experience & Skills

• Preferably 3 years of experience in in-house IT administration and end-user support.
• Possess good knowledge and experience in troubleshooting of common end-user IT issues as well as fundamental knowledge and experience in network and systems management

Guest Relations Executive

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Assist guests with check in and checkout, and other cashiering duties
• Provide a warm welcome to guests on arrival and register them as well as issuing room keys by using the appropriate standards

This Position will support the Supply Chain/Customer Service funcion in Singapore, responsible for the day to day operations from a supply chain management perspective and strive for Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) by resolving internal and external customer inquiries related to Customer Service function, serve as the primary link between the company, Service Provider (3PL) and customers. • Maintain full compliance with corporate Finance, Compliance and Regulatory & Quality policies and procedures and maintain all required records with regards to Customer Service and Inventory Management. Provides training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders on compliance requirements.
• Promptly address customer and sales force queries.
• Inventory Management by analysing and monitoring consignment inventory level, (PAR), buffer stock level, usages, short expiry write offs, missing stocks write offs, burn down short expiry stocks in fast moving centers, weekly orders, stop shipment, products return to Herleen,.
• Assist sales department in product launch, product discontinuation, backorders, proctorship, quality hold and any others as deem necessary by Country Manager and Financial Controller.
• Perform consignment stock count at hospitals when required, analysis and reconciliation to ensure all discrepancies and inaccuracies are highlighted and addressed.
• Oversee Singapore Supply Chain to ensure all Supply Chain related activities done on time and deliver as per Sales / Customers’ need
• Manage 3PL warehouse to ensure smooth operations and meet KPI (to ensure all inbound,outbound, delivery, billing, monthly consignment stock count, annual stock count perform as per schedule)
• Provide guidance to non-supply chain stakeholders on supply chain/customer service-related matters; also provides formal and informal training to contribute to goodl collaboration across functions to achieve organization objectives.
