Summary

Guest Services Executive focuses on customer service and foster relationships with other departments to ensure that guests’ needs are met. Maintain and update statutory registers and corporate records for clients, ensuring timely filing and compliance with statutory requirements.

Coordinate and prepare agendas, resolutions, minutes, and other necessary documents for board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs). - Assist with the drafting of corporate resolutions, shareholders’ agreements, and other legal documents.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum GCE "O" or "A" Level.

At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial practice, preferably within a CSP or professional services firm.

Familiarity with Singapore’s Companies Act and corporate governance requirements.

Knowledge of regulatory filings with ACRA via BizFile+ is highly preferred.

Experience in handling corporate filings for offshore entities is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Purpose and Scope

This position is responsible for fulfilling the purchasing requirements for SembWaste and Sembcorp Environment Energy from Waste Plant, and spend categories includes Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Business Partnering

• Actively engaging business stakeholders, translate business requirements to sourcing strategies to deliver business requirements.
• Understand business priorities and guide stakeholders to propose and execute the operational strategies with consideration to risk mitigation and governance.

Sourcing & Contract Management

• Perform Source to Contract process, lead and perform negotiations with suppliers.

Supplier Management
