YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Account Receivables Finance Executive to join our digital services company based in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the invoicing process, managing client relationships for time validation, sending invoices, and ensuring the timely collection of payments. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Events Executive to plan, organize, and execute marketing events that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of event coordination, marketing strategies, and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end marketing events and campaigns.
• Manage all event logistics, including manpower, transportation, catering, equipment, and contingency planning, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to brand standards.
• Coordinate event setup, schedules, and on-site operations, including providing support for product demonstrations and sales during events.
• Maintain inventory of event materials, products, and accessories, ensuring proper storage and availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, organizers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to facilitate successful event planning.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project delivery and produce post-event reports with recommendations for future improvements.
• Generate innovative ideas to enhance the impact and effectiveness of marketing events and campaigns

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Marketing/Events
• Minimum 3 years in events management or coordination

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Key Account Executive to assist our Key Account Manager in driving business growth and achieving our company objectives. In this role, you will coordinate administrative tasks, analyze sales data, and work closely with various teams to ensure the smooth execution of promotions, product listings, and market initiatives. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with retail and key account operations, this position is ideal for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Key Account Manager (KAM) on all aspects of administration processes and submissions of promotions and product listings
• Generate sales reports and provide necessary insights to the KAM for decision-making
• Collaborate and assist the KAM to achieve the company’s financial goals and objectives, improve market share and productivity performance measures for the company
• Monitor competitor pricing and promotions and report on market trends and category developments
• Weekly site visits to retail stores for product sharing and conduct product surveys.

What you’ll need to succeed:

DESCRIPTION

WILD Group is a record label, management company, and agency representing artists and talent from across the globe. WILD (Agency) is our agency division of WILD Group, and we are looking for an Account Executive (TikTok) to join our growing team in Singapore.

The role’s duties and responsibilities enclosed within are not an exhaustive list and are subject to change. Your manager may ask you to assist with other tasks from time to time. You will work closely and report to the Chief Operating Officer, and as a key member of our agency, you will be working closely with both our internal team and external partners to craft paid social content on creators’ platforms (TikTok). You will get hands-on experience on how to pitch for Creators to established brands and agencies, execute the campaigns and optimize for good results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary contact for all communication and liaison with clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for creators by assigning campaigns and leading in creation of proposals and briefs
• Serve as the liaison between client and creators
• Analyse incoming briefs and ideate TikTok campaigns in partnership with creators, providing recommendations throughout the execution process
• Work with creators in developing storyboards and concepts that meet client objectives
• Maintain rapport with creators and clients to scale business growth on behalf of the company
• Participate in creative and social brainstorms
• Track analytics and performance of campaigns, advise clients on post-campaign key learnings and recommendations in order to grow key accounts
• Maintain thorough knowledge of social metrics (growth, reach, engagement) across platforms and provide tactics and strategy where necessary
• Ideate with internal team, creators, and clients for original content based on campaign briefs
• Identify the up-and-coming trends and creators that are current in pop-culture (we’re looking for someone who knows everything Gen-Z!)

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• At least one year of relevant social media agency experience
• Strong understanding of trends on social media and across social media platforms
• Ability to cope with tight deadlines with strong project management skills
• Highly organised and adept and managing multiple projects at once
• Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with a team
• An avid user of social media across all platforms, but particularly short-form content!
• Current knowledge of current trends, events, and everything related to pop-culture and social media
• Willingness to learn and be challenged
• Proficient in creating content (static content and short-form content is key, so familiarity with iPhone tools and apps is necessary)
• Interest and ability to analyse data around user engagement, viewership, and social media activity
