The Executive Assistant supports the Finance unit in financial matters within the group. He/she is also responsible for the overall administration of MENDAKI subsidiary accounts (i.e. MENDAKI Social Enterprise Network Pte. Ltd. (MSPL) & SENSE College), audit, corporate tax, GST and ACRA filling.

Key Responsibility Areas

These includes but are not limited to:

1. Ensure timely closing of accounts and preparation of accounts schedules including A/P, A/R, General Ledger
2. Prepare payments, bank reconciliation and monitor cashflow
3. Prepare Sales Invoices and follow up with relevant agencies for grant-related matters
4. Processing of staff claims
5. Prepare financial statements and perform variance analysis
6. Preparation of audit schedules
7. Liase with external auditors and legal representative
8. Liase with banks for all related matters
9. Monitor internal control procedures and conduct cost control
10. Prepare and submit GST filing
11. Prepare corporate tax reports
12. manage Fixed assets register
13. Budget preparation and reporting

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy/Finance from a recognized institution.
• At least 2 – 3 years of relevant professional experience preferred.

About the role

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day office and administrative operations, including sourcing of suppliers, management of inventory, and procurement. Organised and meticulous, you have to be able to think on your feet and can work well under deadline pressure. Administrative and operations work experience is advantageous. Key Requirements::

Your main duties are as follows:
