• Implements all sales action plans related to respective market(s) and account portfolio.
• Proactively partners with Business Development team colleagues to source new business from within each assigned market and market segment, generating viable enquiries and converting business always with a view to maximize revenue for the hotels.
• Works closely with the Business Development team in increasing share from existing accounts.
• Actively supports and executes group wide sales initiatives, eg. Special promotions, Sales Missions, Business Development Weeks, Business Closing Week, etc.
• Maintains close liaison with GSOs and STB representatives in assigned territory to solicit new accounts, action inquiries and convert business.

Responsible for overall planning and coordination of the development works from conceptualization, design, work to completion within established budget, schedule and quality standard. liaise with Owner till the end of project and hand over. Liaise with authority department for documentations and submission.

• Oversee the execution of programs across various facilities, guaranteeing their consistent, effective, and efficient delivery.
• Ensure that programs meet required standards and achieve desired client engagement outcomes.
• Collaborate with facility staff to create and implement program plans.
• Monitor and assess program performance, recommending improvements as needed.
• Promote communication and cooperation among facility staff, program participants, and other stakeholders.
• Manage program budgets and resources.

Executive Chef duties and responsibilities

Executive Chefs complete a variety of creative, organizational and leadership tasks to ensure a kitchen runs optimally and patrons’ meals are satisfactory. Their responsibilities frequently include:

• Developing unique and cuisine-appropriate menus
• Collaborating with the Restaurant Manager to set item prices
• Staying current on developing trends in the restaurant industry
• Maintaining the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and health code regulations
• Monitoring inventory and purchasing supplies and food from approved vendors
• Hiring, training and supervising kitchen staff

Requirements
