Meeting with C-level, management-level, and user-level customer contacts, the Ultimate Success Sales Specialist must be able to easily adapt to each type of conversation, whether it’s strategic and high-level, or highly detailed and technical. You will work with South-East Asi prospects and customers as part of this remote role.

What you'll do

The highly respected role of the Adobe Ultimate Success Sales Specialist is seen as the voice of reason and drives pre-sales and all other sales activities and generally focuses on the following key areas:

Solution Development: Work closely with business partners to understand customer/prospect success needs and build models to exceed expectations.

Build: Showcase through demonstrations and industry-specific examples how Ultimate Success can improve the value of the Adobe Experience Cloud. This includes the delivery of executive-level demonstrations, construction of future state customer journey strategies, and developing long-term Success roadmaps.

• Sales background and a demonstrated pattern of success (quota attainment, etc)

• Proficient with presales solutioning and estimation for solutions involving Adobe data platform and applications.

• High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to learn and apply new concepts and technologies in a wide variety of marketing subject areas

• Strong aim to tackle customer problems and rapidly convert pipeline opportunities into closed deals

• Balance of business and technology savvy, including the ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems and to tie your solutions to program success criteria

• Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, including the ability to create clear observations, analysis, and conclusions based on customer interviews and data

• Excellent customer-facing skills with experience making pitches to and achieving consensus from senior executives (managers, directors, VPs, CDOs, CMOs, and CXOs)

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple sales opportunities at the same time

• Understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape and experience with relevant Digital Marketing strategies and technologies

• Familiar with concepts of data modeling, data strategies, and data governance principles to lead discussions with data architects and enterprise architects.

Job Description

· Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Payable functions, including inter-company payments, daily AP report, and bank account reconciliation, to ensure all expenses are filed, stored, archived and retrieved for audits according to the company’s documentation management policy

· Perform the full spectrum of accounting functions (including but not limited to month-end closing activities, maintaining accurate journal entries, and monthly reconciliation)

· Prepare financial and management reports

· Liaise with banks and various departments on operational matters

· Assist in tasks related to audits (internal/ external).

Requirement:

· Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or related studies in related discipline (ACCA/CPA/CA qualifications are an advantage)

· At least 1 to 3 years of working experience in the related field

· Good knowledge of Microsoft application especially in excel

• Ensure timely and professional service to both internal and external customers, maintaining vehicle turnaround time within guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

You will support the Corporate Secretarial function for the group in accordance with corporate policies, provide business support to the Group's stakeholders, and assist with managing the requirements for a growing number of group entities administered by multiple service providers across multiple jurisdictions. These include to:

• Prepare documentation and/or organise with third parties to draft documentation
• Coordinate for timely signature and dating of documentation, and monitor the status of tasks/documentation
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of all company documentation on file (e.g. board resolutions, registers, incorporation documents, statutory documents), and filed promptly

• 2-5 years of relevant working experience with a corporate service provider and/or a similar in-house role with multi-jurisdictional experience, including administering Singapore entities
