Account Managers) and external stakeholders (Customers) in order to on board and stabilise new

Implementation Executive Key Roles and Responsibilities

Skillset Requirements

Experience and Qualifications

1. Graduated from college or university with majors in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation,

Ad Hoc Support:

• Conduct research where necessary and be proactive in resolving challenges
• Provide flexible and reliable support outside of standard office hours when necessary, especially during critical periods, such as board meetings, industry events, or major corporate activities
• Assist other senior leaders in the organisation on an as-needed basis, ensuring alignment with board-level priorities

Our Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Senior Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role, preferably supporting C-level executives or board members
• Experience in the banking industry or government sector is highly desirable
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills, with a keen attention to detail

• Brief, project manage, and oversee the quality of work from a team of performance specialists, CRM specialists, data processing specialists, copywriters and designers, to deliver on campaigns. If needed, source for suppliers/freelancers and onboard them
• Constantly monitor and track performance across multiple campaigns and create the right reporting frameworks for analysis and reporting.
• Manage business as usual aspects for a campaign to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
• Understand our target audiences' behaviours, as well as analyse and segment our existing base, to improve new user acquisition and cross-sell
• Continually find ways to optimise campaigns and maximise margins
• Build long-term strategies for user acquisition while managing short-term fulfilment
• Responsible for timely billing of clients
• Work cross-functionally with various departments within the supermom brand.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in user acquisition marketing, either with B2C brands or with agencies
• Proven experience in managing successful B2C demand generation programmes
• Hands-on experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing and/or performance marketing is a big plus
• Working knowledge of Hubspot, GA4 and Meta Marketing is a plus
• Excellent time management and project management; able to multitask and handle multiple campaigns at the same time
• Agile when solving a range of implementation or operational issues

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineering Director to lead our team of sales engineers across the APAC region (8-10 team members). Required Experience and Skills

• Demonstrable experience in a sales engineering management position with proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment (8-10 team members).

• Strong previous experience in a Sales Engineering (Pre-sales) position, supporting sales cycles selling Business Intelligence or other high-value business solutions.

• Experience with BI tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, SAP Analytics Cloud, Quicksight, Business Objects, Cognos, Looker).

• Training in value-based selling (MEDDICC, Force Management, Demo to Win, etc.)

• Demonstrated sales success.

• SaaS and Cloud based selling with Hyperscalers and other partners (AWS, GCP, Azure).
