Job Description

Admissions Administration

• Liaise with applicants to the NUS MEng, PhD, Eng.D Programmes timely, including
• Answering enquiries on graduate admission matters
• Tracking applications and complete submission of documents to support applications
• Liaise with interviewers and applicants for admission interviews
• Updating records
• Scanning and filing of documents
• Update and maintain information/data in Admission Systems

Other Duties

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the team

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least 1 year of working experience, preferably in the higher education sector
• Possess good business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills

About the Organisation

Limitless is a youth mental health agency (charity IPC) that provides accessible mental health services to young people aged 12 - 25.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be part of Limitless’ Community Resource, Engagement & Support Team (CREST), working on giving emotional support to youths and their caregivers, increasing awareness of mental health conditions, connecting youths to appropriate medical and social services, facilitating activity-based groupwork and managing outreach events.

Candidates will be considered for Executive or Senior Executive role depending on relevant work experience.

Duties may include:

Roles & Responsibilities

- Outreach and Training

• Conducting Workshops
• Creating content for workshops

- Program Management

• Plan, develop and implement programs and services based on identified needs and in accordance with the organisational standards of service delivery. This will include the following types of mental health programs:

1. Groupwork
2. School based mental health programs
3. Community talks, workshops and outreach efforts
4. Annual Peer Support Conference for Secondary School aged Peer Support Leaders

• Work with stakeholders and community partners in implementing youth mental health programmes
• Be part of the team that develops, plans and implements mental health groupwork to meet the needs of the population
• Evaluate effectiveness of programmes, develop and implement strategies to achieve organisation purpose and objectives

- Management, Administration & Operations

• To support the CREST Team Lead in the overall implementation of strategies and plans
• Provide administrative support for workshops including booking, scheduling and billing
• Manage a team of associate trainers and volunteers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline related to social sciences, psychology, education or related discipline
• Preferably 3 years of relevant experience, however candidates with lesser experience but relevant requirements and competencies are welcome to apply
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in training, programme delivery, public speaking or conducting workshops and developing training programme and materials
• IT Savvy with experience using Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, and online tools such as Kahoot!, Mentimeter, Padlet, and Canva.
• Experience in conducting training and workshops (preferably experience with schools, corporates or community)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
• Able to produce training content under tight deadlines
• Able to design and facilitate activity-based groupwork
• Able to work on some weekends to support organisations programs
