The Opportunity

The role of Medical Sales/Account Executive is an integral part of the team. It’s the representative to our customers in both the clinic as well as the hospital settings throughout Singapore.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally

· Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience

· Project future needs for goods and cleaning products; order accordingly

· Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards

· Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs

· Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports for the management

· Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff

· Attend quarterly P&L meetings

• Receive guests and be the ‘face’ of the company - perform front desk duties when required
• Point person for office administration work including maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
• Manage relationships with office vendors, building management, service providers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
• Assist in booking facilities for meeting and/or facilitating for online meetings
• Provide timely support for managers on administration matters and tasks
• Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous and detailed oriented
• Ability to handle highly confidential information of critical nature
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Must be able to work night shift or split shift
• Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

As a Technical Stylist, you will combine your garment expertise/problem solving skills with your love for people to deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bridal Gown Fittings:
   • Assist brides during gown fittings, providing expert advice on fit, style, and alterations.
   • Ensure gowns are properly adjusted for comfort and appearance during appointments.
   • Collaborate with the alterations team to communicate fitting requirements and customizations.
2. Client Interaction:
   • Build rapport with brides and their families, creating a welcoming and fun environment.
   • Provide thoughtful and professional styling advice tailored to each bride’s preferences and body type.
   • Manage appointment schedules and follow up with clients to ensure a smooth fitting journey.
3. Garment Expertise:
   • Understand bridal fabrics, gown construction, and embellishments to provide expert recommendations.
   • Inspect gowns for quality and readiness before fittings.
   • Troubleshoot and suggest creative solutions for any fit or design challenges.
4. Customer Experience:
   • Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity in all client interactions.
   • Handle questions, concerns, or special requests with tact and efficiency.
   • Ensure each client leaves with a memorable and delightful experience.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and bridal fashion trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, fun-loving personality with a natural flair for connecting with people.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in bridal, fashion retail, or tailoring is a plus.
• Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
