8. Inform and advise frontline operations team to resolve claim errors and follow through on error rectification and problem resolution.

9. Verify reasons for rejection of claims (by CPF Board) and cancel bills for amendment.

As a forward-looking company, we adopt state-of-the-art technology in our live streams where customers can experience novel formats of online shopping.

In this role, you will be required to partake in the conceptualisation, planning and management of the company's social media assets. This will include design, scripting, assisting in on ground shoots to post production of reels that aim to promote, engage and drive new traffic. Looking into post insights and analysing statistics is also crucial for the team's regular reviews. • To assist in issuing invoices to customers using ERP system for Singapore & overseas subsidiaries on timely manner.
• To assist in recording AR receipts into the accounting system and to ensure all AR collection is up to date.
