Job Responsibilities:

• Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptions of products and services
• Provides quotation and technical support to customers
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Sales Executive Jobscopes:

1) Serving customer existing customer

2) Canvasing of new customer

3) Achieve sales target

4) Have experience in aircon sales will be an advantage

5) Possess class 3 License is an advantage but not critical for this position

6) Prior experience in working with MCST, Building management, operation managers will be good.

7) B2B and B2C

8) Provide timely quotes

9) Provide quick response to customer enquiry

10) Opening up new channels

- Prepare for quotation using the system and required to register new items and mapping with code book in system.

- Contact customer for quotation follow up and receiving feedback about the submitted quotation.

- Required to contact the local and overseas (most likely Korea) vendors to get quotation for new items.

- Required to learn & study Marine Diesel Engines as an Engine Builder (STX Engine).

- Outstanding Invoice chasing.

Essential duties and responsibilities : -

- Good MS Office skills

- Good communication skills

- Entry level candidates are welcome/experienced person whose major in Mechanical engineering or who is interested with marine engine machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Creation of Sales Orders and updating/amendment of Sales orders for inter-department circulation.
• Assist in inter-department (eg production, purchasing, shipping, etc) coordination of Sales Orders.
• Assist in liaising with customers with regards to the Sales Orders.
• Upload, periodically maintain and update all Sales Order documents.
• Compile and generate reports.
• Preparation of cost statements.
• Support shop weekly operations.
• Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.
