Job Descriptions:

• Handle & maintain full spectrum of accounting functions using MYOB system
• Responsible for monthly & yearly financial closing
• Update, manage & perform AP and AR records
• Update purchase records
• Prepare monthly closing stocks computation, standard journal entries and general ledger
• Cashflow management & perform bank statements reconciliation
• Prepare GST working file and reconciliation and handle quarterly GST submission
• Prepare audit schedules such as Accrual, Hire Purchase, ROU, Fixed Assets & etc…
• General account admin support & filing management
• Other ad hoc tasks being assigned by management

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in Accounting
• Min. 1 year full set accounting experience
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, multi task & prioritize to meet tight deadlines & pressure
• Responsible & meticulous
• Possess initiative, strong planning and analytic skills
• Good in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of MYOB system is a plus.

We are seeking for a competent and result-driven Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales team towards success. You are responsible to plan, execute and motivate the sales team to achieve/ exceed the sales target and provide an excellence customer experience.

Responsibilities:-

• Develop and execute annual operating budget forecast and strategic sales plan for the Sales Department, aiming to exceed sales targets.
• Identify and implement selling strategies to enhance sales and profitability.
• Ensure a high level of product knowledge within the team by studying automobile characteristics, features, and competitive models.
• Stay updated and compliant with relevant regulations, particularly those set by the Land Transport Authority (LTA).
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to create advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage vehicle inventory effectively.
• Provide exceptional service to maintain and cultivate relationships with new and existing customers, fostering business growth.
• Handle customer inquiries and issues with integrity and promptness.
• Maintain sales records database and generate regular reports for management review.
• Provide guidance, distribute daily tasks among the sales team, and set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, offering recommendations for improvement.
• Fulfill any other duties assigned by management on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Management/ Administration or relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the automotive industry with proven track record in achieving sales target.
• Valid Class 3 license with minimum 2 years of driving experience.
• Excellent in both written and spoken English.
• Excellent organisational, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines.
• An independent, resourceful and strong ability to position products against competitors.
• Ability to work well in a team
• Able to work on rostered weekend and public holiday.
