Responsibilities:

• The Logistic Operation Executive works closely with suppliers, carriers, and other departments within the organization to determine the most effective and cost-efficient route for shipping goods.
• To prepares and reviews shipping documents such as bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs declarations to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare import and export documentation for submission e.g. LC, Invoices, packing list, Shipping lines, B/L, permits, etc.
• By use of various tracking systems to monitor the movement of goods and provide status updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Require working closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate inventory counts and availability of products for shipment.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics and Operation Management or GCE “O" level or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or shipping.

• Proficiency in using shipping software and other relevant technologies (ERP System).
