Sales / Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for acquiring new accounts and growing the sales revenue in Thailand
• Perform RFQ groundwork including preparing proposals for Tenders and negotiate to close the deal
• Identify potential customers and working closely with key stakeholders from the Technology lines of business
• Actively develop sales pipelines to meet the corporate sales target

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Information Technology or equivalent, with sales experience in the Thailand Market
• Technical expertise with ability to prospect and manage the entire sales cycle
• Strong understanding of local employment laws and regulations
• Review and improve recruitment sourcing methods with the client to ensure selection techniques and recruitment programsare effective
• Strong communication skills and good networking skills on social media, LinkedIn etc.
