Key Responsibilities

• Respond to email inquiries, including the preparation of quotations and invoices.
• Follow up on inquiries and monitor the status of ongoing communications.
• Prepare delivery orders (DO), packing lists (PL), and proforma invoices (PI).
• Generate and provide reports to clients as required.
• Coordinate project statuses and address urgent needs between suppliers and customers.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers as needed.
• Maintain records of current and forthcoming projects or jobs.
• Facilitate communication regarding work progress between transporters and customers.
• Manage and update payment records, Pursue outstanding payments, Review and approve suppliers' invoices.
• Maintain and update records to track progress across customers, suppliers, and the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys, prepare quotes, and design HVAC systems for various clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide top-notch service.
• Coordinate with installers to ensure smooth project execution.

Job Responsibilities

· Proactively visit existing and new specialist doctors to establish strong relationships and identify new business opportunities

· Acitively generate new business by introducing doctors to the imaging MRI centres, driving referrals and ensure sustained partnerships

· Build relationships with key channel suppliers(insurance companies, GP clinics) to foster long term collaboration and business growth

· Identify and develop B2B and B2C consumer segments to expand the customer base.

· Conduct regular competitive analysis and pricing research to ensure competitiveness

· Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns from concept to completion

· Ensure the timely rollout of marketing plans with coordination with different stakeholders

· Build brand awareness through promotional packages and adjust strategies accordingly

· Compile and maintain comprehensive products/services offering lists

Requirements

· At least a diploma in Business or Marketing

· At least 2 years sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry

· Self motivated with the drive to meet new doctors to the centres

· Result-driven, with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
