REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

About the role:

The Procurement and Hardware Executive will join our Regional TabSquare Finance and Procurement team to work in a fast-paced environment for physical handling and tracking of fixed assets and inventory, procurement activities and support hardware-related matters. The candidate will work physically from the office and storeroom in Singapore. The candidate will report to the Head of Finance in Singapore and be able to perform tasks with minimal supervision.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Inventory and internal hardware management
• Maintain inventory control / asset tagging / scrap equipment
• Perform troubleshooting of hardware, software of the organization
• Perform receiving of inventory and checking of inventory to ensure that items are received in good condition
