Qualifications:

Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and developing innovative marketing initiatives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the startup's success and play a pivotal role in achieving our business objectives in the competitive Singapore market.

Job Descriptions:

• Track market trends and competitor activities, develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies, promote the implementation of data center and other telecommunications operator businesses overseas, and achieve sales targets and performance objectives in foreign markets.
• Explore new overseas markets. Develop and maintain local customer resources, establishing strong collaborative relationships.
• Identify customer needs, showcase service capabilities, provide customized integrated solutions, drive projects to become benchmark cases, and enhance the company’s market influence and customer satisfaction.
• Strengthen internal collaboration, improve delivery capabilities, and ensure the smooth delivery of projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related disciplines
• Over 5 years of overseas sales experience in data center electromechanical equipment companies such as ABB, Vertiv, Eaton, or Delta (in Singapore and Southeast Asian countries). Familiarity with the operations of the Singapore and Southeast Asian markets is essential, and candidates with customer resources in foreign data centers, Colo service providers, and telecommunications operators will be prioritized.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills, with the ability to complete sales tasks independently.
• Strong team collaboration spirit, able to work effectively with cross-departmental teams.
• Strong market analysis, promotion, and development capabilities, with keen market insights and project operation experience.
• Familiar with industry-specific terminology in the power sector, capable of conducting business communications with international clients.

Our client is a healthcare provider in Singapore that focuses on enhancing patient care through support and technology while reducing administrative burdens on doctors.

Responsibilities:

Perform support duties to ensure the smooth operation of clinics and adherence to established procedures, including:

• Daily maintenance of clinic facilities and assets
• Handling incoming calls and correspondence, and responding to inquiries as needed
• Maintaining office filing systems and databases
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in all records

Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with ship crews, agents, and transporters to ensure smooth medical operations, including:

• Coordinating and facilitating the movement of crew members and doctors between vessels, agents, and clinics
• Providing customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction

Ensure proper account management, including:

• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and service agreements
• Collaborating with the finance team to generate invoices and statements of account

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec qualification.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to carry out ship boarding duties.
• Willingness to be on standby after office hours to support maritime medical services.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
