• Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration

• Coordinating the sales team by managing the filing of important documents, maintaining important data such as storing and sorting of sales function related data in electronic form, and communicating relevant information for smooth sales operations.
• Responding to sales team’s requests on tender bid process (from pre-qualification, to bidding and post award phase) including submission of documents, drawings and compliance certification to ensure successful bid submission.
• Preparation of ERP system derived cost sheet for management approval prior quotations.
• Preparation and presentation of pipelines tracking reports, sales and all related functional reports for business unit.
• Handle the processing of all sale orders and scheduling job code on ERP system with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor the team’s progress and identify shortcomings of administration process and propose improvements where necessary.
• Working with Marketing agency in organizing marketing events and projects.
• Ensure adherence to internal workflow policy.

You will be joining a global tech giant. This role focuses on providing technical troubleshooting support to leading app publishers in Greater China through multiple channels (WeChat, Email). You will assist Account Managers in addressing technical inquiries and gain expertise in mobile app monetization, specifically with ad products like AdMob and Firebase.

Responsibilities:

• Build expertise around mobile app ad monetization products and implementations (Android, iOS, Unity)
• Troubleshoot Technical issues from App Developers
• Assist Sales Team on Product and Technical related questions

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years experience Mobile Development Skills (iOS/Android/Unity)
• 5+ years experience of Technical Troubleshooting Experience
• Ability to collaborate with engineers and translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences (and vice versa).
• Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently and idiomatically

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience with Firebase (Analytics, Remote Config, A/B Test)
• Experience in Ad Tech Industry
