• To collect item from hotel store
• To assist delivery of VIP guest room amenities.
• To provide quality service to guests while they are in the lounge.

1) Responsible for assigning correct fleet resources (tow trucks) to real-time and pre-scheduled job

2) Overall in charge of all Fleet (Tow Drivers and Lorry Drivers)

3) Monitoring and recording of staff fleet performance, attendance, discipline and management

4) Ensure daily,weekly and monthly KPIs are met and not limited to any task assigned by management

Key Deliverables:

· Designing and modifying software applications

· Implement systems and provide technical support

Responsibilities:

· Talking to users to find out their requirements

· Create programs essential for business and conference operations

· Deal with programs when they need to be repaired, changed, or added to another program already in place

· Writing software and operating manuals

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing and processing orders such as Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Delivery Order, Invoicing/Billing and other supporting documents such Export documents for overseas customers
• Update sales reports and inventory reports
• Assisting sales representatives with their queries such as preparation of quotations, presentations slides and samples for customers
• Monitoring of product availability
• Communication, liaising between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Nitec and/or Diploma in Business or Engineering or any relevant field
• Training provided for those without/lesser experience
