Responsibilities:

• Identify potential office tenants as clients and asses their cleaning needs.
• Study industry trends and competitors and use insights to design competitive and appealing service proposals.
• Create and execute strategies for attracting clients through: cold-calling, site visits, email campaigns, social media and other business channels.
• Prepare engaging sales materials and presentations to secure deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with office tenants and stakeholders.
• Gather client feedback to improve services.
• Attend tender interviews and fulfill tender documentation and requirements.
• Negotiate service agreements, focusing on long-term client partnerships.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Support tasks related to the HomeHelpy app for on-demand cleaning services.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field, preferably in Business/Marketing.
• At least 1-year relevant working experience in facility services and management, especially in B2B sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• CRM experience will be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in setup & breakdown of the restaurant.

- Assist your Service Leader in organizing table seating and preparing tables.

- Greeting of customers and providing an enjoyable dining experience for all customers.

- Presenting menus/ directing customers to our menu QR code on the tables.

- Possess great knowledge of menu and non-menu items, and their ingredients. Helping customers select food/ beverages.

- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/ bar staff.

Job Requirement:

- Fluent in spoken and written English.

- Minimum 1 year’ experience in restaurant service/ F&B industry, experience as a barista will be a plus.

- Basic certification in restaurant service is desirable. A combination of practical experience and education will be considered.

About The Role
