Role Description

The Sales Manager, reporting directly to the VP of Sales, is responsible for recruiting, managing, and developing a high-performing team within your region that oversees the monthly transaction of assets exceeding $30 million. Requirements

• Bachelor / Master's degree;
• 2+ years’ experience working in a high-performing sales organization focused on generating new sales (not renewals!);

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or of related discipline
• At least 2 - 5 years of marketing experience within agency
• Experienced in agency operations and workflow
• Experienced in leading and guiding a team
