Job Description:

This is a full time role for a After Sales Executive located in Tuas. Our clients serve the Asia region. Supplying such as Marine Engines, Industrial Power Equipment, Energy System, Engineering Services and Spare Parts in Singapore. The role focuses on managing export shipments, including preparing commercial documents such as invoices and shipping paperwork, coordinating with the warehouse team, and arranging shipments with external vendors like freight forwarders. It also involves handling Letters of Credit, processing purchase orders, and issuing shipping instructions across various regions. Key responsibilities include negotiating delivery costs, monitoring inbound shipments, tracking logistics expenses, and addressing claims related to shortages or defective parts. Additionally, the role requires preparing reports and handling other assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Nitec & above
• 3 years of relevant experience

• Basic $2500-$3500 (depends on experience)
• Transport allowance & Commission, with AWS & Bonus, Increment
• Mon – Fri / 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Office at Woodlands
• On- job Training provided
• Industrial-used printing machine supplier

Job responsibilities:

• Develop new corporate accounts & service existing clients
• Prepare proposals, product demonstrations and training

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of B2B sales experience
• Min. Diploma in Engineering field
• With Class 3 driving license

Job Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Conduct outbound cold calls, identify and qualify leads, and maintain records of potential opportunities.
• Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Quotations & Pricing: Prepare accurate freight quotes, coordinate with internal teams to secure competitive rates.
• Sales Coordination: Support sales efforts by managing leads, preparing proposals, updating CRM data, and generating reports.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer segments, competitors, and pricing strategies.
• Internal Collaboration: Work with operations, logistics, and marketing teams to align services and campaigns.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years experiences in freight forwarding industry (Operations / Customer Service/ Key account/Sales Executive).
