Your Role:

As an Agent Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of real estate. Our client is a US distribution and customer support subsidiary of popular and famous Tokyo-based fishing tackle and sportswear maker. Its products include rods, reels, line, and lures. Job Description:
- Responsible for sales and marketing, dealings with distributors in the appointed markets
- Understand the marketplace, competitors’ products, pricing and sales strategies
- Responsible for the products’ profitability (sales and inventory)
- Develop marketing strategy and product positioning
- Involve and support in building brand equity through marketing activities
- Perform Inventory, Sales and Purchase management

Job Requirements:
