• Client Relationship ManagementBuild and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  Provide after-sales support to ensure a positive client experience.
  
• Market Research and StrategyConduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
  Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  Share insights and feedback to improve product offerings or marketing approaches.
  
• Reporting and DocumentationPrepare regular sales reports, including field activity updates and sales performance metrics.
  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales pipeline.
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute pre-event and post-event operations meetings
• Liaise with venue management to ensure events are properly staffed
• Produce detailed proposals for events (timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing, and budgets)
• Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics (for example, venue, catering, travel) Itinerary planning, reservations, and booking etc
• Provide on-site support for events
• Monitor event activities to ensure the client and event attendees are satisfied
• Generate and collate invoices for payment to vendors
• Certain administrative work will be expected

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office Application
• Experience in events management will be an added advantage
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Must be creative and able to prioritize tasks in the face of many challenges.
