JOB SUMMARY

To coordinate and collaborate, monitor and patrol all logistics 3PLs to ensure smooth operation and reliability in the Group’s operation. Resolves and report day-to-day operation issues or customers complaints if any. Provide guidance to less experienced members of the team. Back-up and assist the Logistics Manager on any other ad-hoc assignments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree holder in any field with at least 3-4 year(s) of relevant working experience in Ordering processing and logistics function
• Skilled in SAP/ERP SD and MM modules preferred
• ISO9001 Internal Audit Certification preferred

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

• Handle & process of sales orders based on customer’s requirements
• Perform timely data inputs and updates
• Coordinates Logistics Operation, arrange inventory allocation, monitor and ensure all orders are duly delivered to customer within a stipulated operation turnaround time.
• Liaise on product availability with overseas counterparts, planners, shipment arrangement with 3rd PL, warehouse and customers

• Coordinate claims processing and shipment tracking

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to provide clients with accurate pricing, product information, and technical support.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports for management and record-keeping purposes.
• Support tendering and bidding processes by conducting groundwork for ITQs and RFQs, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Stay informed about industry developments and product updates through regular training and market research

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (Experience in the IT sector is an advantage)
• Diploma or Degree in a related field (Sales or Information Technology preferred).
• Strong understanding of IT products, with experience in HP or Lenovo SMB sales or IT solutions being a plus.
• Proven track record of success in sales within a related industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Scope:

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to customers.
• Coordinate with customers and the engineering/operations department to assess service job requirements.
• Identify, develop, and manage customer relationships within the marine industry.
• Participate in sales activities and assist in closing deals with customers.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the department head.
• Arranging meetings with existing and potential customers to prospect for new business
• Prompt in handling customers queries efficiently and accurately

Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma in Engineering / Marine / Construction / Industrial or related discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building good relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Candidates with sales experiences will be preferred
• Able to conduct and present oneself professionally
