Job Summary:

The Sales Operation Executive is responsible for sourcing and managing a team of promoters, ensuring effective merchandising, maintaining relationships with retailers, exploring new sales channels, and supporting special events and atrium sales. Key Responsibilities:

1. Source for Potential Promoters and Build a Strong Sales Team:

· Identify, recruit, and train potential promoters to build a competent sales team.

· Monitor and evaluate the performance of promoters, providing feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.

2. Merchandising:

· Plan and execute merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.

· Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory management to ensure product availability.

3. Build and Maintain Good Relationship with Retailers:

· Establish and nurture strong relationships with key retailers and partners.

· Regularly visit retail locations to ensure proper product placement and address any issues.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is complete. Coordinate with various departments, such as overseas productions and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Delivering Aon United Coordinator
