About the Role

Our client, a dynamic IT Solutions company with offices in Singapore and Malaysia, is looking for a Sales Manager (Senior) or Account Manager (Junior) to join their team at their Ubi office in Singapore. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in IT solutions or technology-related industries.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to identify client needs and propose solutions.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients is an advantage.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for client success.
