Duties:

- Reply inquiry from social media and online platform, assist closely with leads, source sales opportunities through lead to achieve monthly and quarterly quota.

- Follow up in a timely and professional manner with customers on all requests, concerns, or questions.

- Understand products knowledge and demonstrate to customers with extensive product information.

Requirement:

- You must be able to work on weekends, rest day will be on one of the weekdays.

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Senior/Sales & Marketing Executive with proven track record in implementing and driving sales strategies. The incumbent is also required to identify new business opportunities as well as maintaining working partnerships with new or existing clients. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify opportunities within F&B/ HORECA industry.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring accuracy in contracts and pricing.
• Promote and conduct sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Analyse sales data and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations on market analysis, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in in Business, Sales & Marketing or equivalent
• Prior experience and proven track records in sales within the F&B or Food Ingredients Industry is a plus.
• Possess strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities

The Sales Executive identifies and qualifies prospective clients, seek opportunities for new sales through client and market research. He/She keeps clients informed of new products/service offerings and assists with translating client and channel partner needs into actionable insights. He/She is responsible for the development of channel sales product promotions and co-marketing activities, responds to technical and procedural questions, coordinates the formulation of price quotations, submission of sales contract for orders and maintenance of customer records. He/She works in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and travels to clients' premises for meetings as and when required. He is familiar with client relationship management and sales tools. The Sales Executive is self-motivated and mindful of placing the client's interests at the forefront of his/her priorities. What will you do?

• Identify prospective clients and channel partners through calls, on-site visits, emails and networking or industry events
• Conduct client and channel partner research to uncover insights on potential business needs
• Conduct market research and profiling, competitive landscape analysis and client profiling
• Assist with identifying new business opportunities with existing clients based on research
• Assist with identifying new sales opportunities with new and existing clients based on research
• Source for new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, conduct of cold calls, and relevant outreach activities
• Conduct analysis of benefits and value of the organisation’s products and services against possible needs of potential clients to qualify prospect
• Respond to phone and email queries on product and service offerings
• Maintain client database and documentation
• Assist in compiling market information for feasibility studies
• Assist with the preparation of client presentation materials and conduct of product demonstration
• Perform follow-up action to close sales, and monitor payment fulfilment activities
• Develop relationships with existing and potential clients and channel partners through regular engagements
• Translate client and channel partner needs into actionable insights to inform engagement plans and activities
• Communicate updates and launch of new of product/service features and benefits to clients and channel partners
• Coordinate resolution of inquiries and problems from clients and channel partners
• Support the development of channel sales product promotions and co-marketing activities for lead generation
• Resolve channel sales issues and routine product and/or service-related problems with channel partners
• Provide logistical sales support required to close orders
• Assist with assessing, clarifying, and validating channel partner needs

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline
• 2 years experience in IT or ICT Consulting industry or experience focusing on sales/account management in the private sectors preferred
• Process broad business acumen and deep industry knowledge, and to use this knowledge to develop/enhance client relationships
• Driven and self-motivated personality
• Experience in measured productivity-driven operations or teams
• Good communication and written skills
• Understand and ability to apply social style techniques to manage stakeholders
• Client-focused with strong organisational and project management skills

Job Responsibilities

· Proactively visit existing and new specialist doctors to establish strong relationships and identify new business opportunities

· Acitively generate new business by introducing doctors to the imaging MRI centres, driving referrals and ensure sustained partnerships

· Build relationships with key channel suppliers(insurance companies, GP clinics) to foster long term collaboration and business growth

· Identify and develop B2B and B2C consumer segments to expand the customer base.
