• Suggest suitable products by assessing customer’s needs and utilising product expertise
• Foster strong customer relationships and delivery exceptional service
• Facilitate sales, including logistics, insurance, financing and service arrangements
• Manage sales process, agreements and communication between clients and internal teams
• Oversee showroom operations and product maintenance

Skills Required

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels required
• Proficient in English
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

Other Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 driving license is advantageous
• Team player with positive work attitude
• Meticulous and able to multitask
• Prior experience in automotive industry will be an added advantage

Estimated Salary: $4000 to $10,000 (including fixed basic pay and variable pay depending on performance)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check solution opportunities through Gebiz, Ariba, Sesame and others
• Prepare and Send Quotations with solution consultant
• Develop a high level of inside sales follow up and able to understand and communicate product solutions and services that we offer to cater customer's needs
• Assisting customers on sales inquiries via phone, email or walk-in
• Responsible for following on enquiries and closing the order
• Working closely with operations, Account and providing them with updates on quotes and opportunities when necessary
• Deliveries and inventories for customer
• Responsible for new product presentation.
• To liaise with suppliers for quotations and price/delivery negotiations
• PIC in Tender preparation and submission
• Good incentive with OTE.
• Other Adhoc
