Overseeing the staff's performance and duties

Producing and enforcing studio policies

Manage studio promotions and events

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

Completing or delegating administrative duties

Effectively managing studio's schedule

Maintain high levels of customer care and provide good after sales customer services

Experience in the similar industry preferred

Working hours:-

Normal Retail Hours (including weekends)

Salary : $4500-$8000

Area: Central/North

Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm

Job Requirements

• Assist the CEO and Director of the company in responding to emails from the customer

• Assist in sales by generating and following up on business leads

• Identify potential customers, reach out to them with business proposal etc

• Follow-up via emails and phone calls and assist with enquiries

• Support client acquisition and retention by understanding customer requirements

• Work closely with the Sales Support team in a fast-paced environment to execute sales activities

• Performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and answering phone calls

Requirements :

• Technical knowledge of telecommunication equipment or IT will be an added advantage

• Must be driven, resourceful and collaborative

• Min Diploma holders. Degree in electrical or electronics will be an added advantage

• Possess right attitude to learn and support

• No specific technical knowledge or skill is expected in this role

· Dynamic, outgoing personality and self-motivated.

· Able to work independently as well as a team player in a fast paced and pressurized environment.

· Class 3 Driving License and possess own vehicle will be an advantage.
