Job Description:

• Build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers for IBMS/BMS/ELV/Security Systems in local market.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
• Collaborate with various internal departments and consultants to ensure that they fulfil all customer requests and focus on improving the customers’ experience.
• Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires.
• Build and strengthen the relationship with M&E consultants, contractors and developers.
• Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs to ensure the KPIs are met.
• Prepare quotations, tender compliances and marketing proposals.
• Demonstrable ability to thrive in a targeted, sales environment.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
• 3 to 5 years working experience in related industry.
• Good technical knowledge of IBMS/BMS/ELV/Security Systems
• Able to build and maintain good rapport with all internal and external stake holders including clients, M&E consultants, contractors, developers and team members.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Professional experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical experience in related industry.
