As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand visibility and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the product development team to promote new and existing products effectively.
- Create and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media).

Qualifications:
