Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing accounts, identify potential new customers, and provide tailored solutions to meet diverse client needs.
• Maintain and expand customer relationships within assigned accounts while exploring new client opportunities.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our products to effectively match them with customer requirements.
• Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and occasional presentations to management and mid-size audiences.

The Sales Executive for HoReCa is responsible for driving sales growth within the hotel, restaurant, and catering sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify and target potential clients within the HoReCa sector.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Conduct regular visits and meetings to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.

Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Create and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.

Product Knowledge & Promotion:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
Promote and demonstrate product benefits and features to clients.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Reporting & Administration:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Manage client accounts, including order processing, contract management, and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions.

Customer Service & Support:
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:
-Formal education in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus.
-Proven experience in sales, preferably within the HoReCa sector.
-Strong understanding of the HoReCa market, including industry trends and client needs.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-A results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

The Opportunity

In this role you will assist Senior Sales Executive and cover Sales Support role to maintain a high level of engagement with customers, work closely with Sales Team, Finance Team (receipt of payments) and Warehouse Team. You will also coordinate and oversees end-to-end logistics operations and all shipping-related matter and communicate with overseas agent

• Getting rates / quotes from existing agents to quote customers.
• Negotiate, compare and prepare quotations for potential customers. Cover sales support when needed
• Explore improvement in existing process
• Verification of freight invoices, submission of payment
• Improve and do up SOP for existing operations
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by immediate supervisor / manager.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience in Freight Operations
• Well versed with Incoterms
• Knowledge in Batam, Indonesia feeder trade is a plus.
• Knowledge of Cargowise is a plus
• Experienced in shipping quotations and liaising with overseas agent

The Job:

• Manage sales activities for multi-brand / model commercial vehicles, including internal combustion, electric, and hybrid vehicles
• Source for new customers, service and manage existing assigned customers to achieve/exceed sales targets and objectives
• Purchase all types of pre-owned commercial vehicles for inventory replenishment
• Manage the selling process, including customer servicing, follow-ups, and attending to sales queries, including walk-in customers
• Manage customer accounts, including required documentation, vehicle-related issues, outstanding payments, and other matters
• Facilitate test drive, vehicle introduction, and handover
• Provide comprehensive information about pricing, leasing, sales, or vehicle information to customers/corporates
• Develop professional knowledge in automotive sales regulations and safety and vehicle knowledge
• Prepare and compile weekly sales activities and reports for management

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualifications
• Prior experience in insurance, retail, real estate or automotive trade preferred
• A strong passion for the automotive/motoring industry
• Outspoken, strong communication skills, and good listening ears
• Presentable outlook, good phone mannerisms, willing to learn
• Able to function independently, and also able to work with other team members
• Valid Class 3 Driving License (mandatory)
