Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in promoting cutting-edge medical products to healthcare institutions, clinics, and retail pharmacies. Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive sales coverage for healthcare institutions, clinics, and retail pharmacies.
• Manage and grow existing accounts to maintain long-term partnerships.

• Identify prospects, generate leads, and actively promote medical products.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or 'A' Level qualification.
• Basic knowledge of medical products is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in the medical industry, preferably in medical equipment.
• Class 3 license with your own transport (car).
• Meticulous and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated competency in selling, planning, analysis, and presentation.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm.

Responsibility

• Analyze and handle Motor insurance claims within turnaround time
• Adopt proactive approach to evaluate and negotiate the resolution of claims, while mitigating damages to achieve cost-effective claim outcomes
• Obtain reserving, settlement and payment authority in accordance with authority level
• Resolve claims settlement disputes using various mechanism such as arbitration and mediation (if any)
• Manage appeal process for rejected claims
• Detect potential fraudulent claims
• Manage customer communications on claims matter
• Conduct regular files review and reserve monitoring
• Exercise good claims management to achieve target claims result

Requirement

• At least Diploma and above
• Possess BCP, PGI and ComGI
• At least 1 year of relevant claims assessment experience
• At least 5 years of relevant claims assessment experience (for Senior Position)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Team Player
• Good communication, problem-solving, analytical and negotiation skills

Key Responsibility

• Focus on B2B sales, foodservice channels, and new markets.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand distribution into new geographic areas and untapped customer segments.
• Identify and acquire new clients, including convenience stores, retail chains, and foodservice partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and consistent product orders.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trading terms with new and existing clients.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the food and FMCG sectors.
• Analyse sales data and gather customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales promotions, campaigns, and new product launches in the B2B space.
• Assist in organising events, roadshows, and pop-up experiences to increase brand visibility.
