Job Description

• Liaise with project team on material specification.
• Material sourcing, price negotiation and order fulfilment including ISO's compliances.
• Preparation and execution of purchase requisition.
• Arrange timely delivery of material.
• Manage material / inventory level at sites and ensure the target level is met but not overstock.
• Manage the Company’s material, assets and equipment / machinery rental at sites and ensure within budget.
• Perform cost analysis and generate reports.
• Meet subcontractors and suppliers onsite as necessary.
• Manage equipment and/or machinery rental.
• Any other duties that may be assigned.

Social Media Operation

• Develop and execute marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and drive client acquisition.
• Manage official social media accounts to ensure consistent branding and engagement.
• Create engaging content, including posters and videos, to captivate the target audience.
• Interact with followers and grow the online community by fostering meaningful engagement.
• Optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns to maximize ROI and reach.
• Stay updated on industry trends to continuously refine and improve marketing strategies.

Operations Support

• Collaborate with different departments to improve internal productivity through content and tools
• Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
• Organize and plan the company’s annual events, ensuring alignment with corporate goals

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Tertiary education in marketing/ communication/ social media development, or minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Work experience in creating marketing / social media contents for and engaging social media conversations with Chinese prospects mainly from China.
• Proficiency in using social media app and platform (e.g. WeChat) is an advantage
• Independent and highly self-motivated
• Professional spoken and written Chinese is a must

Looking for experience personnel in catering sector. We are a newly established company with partners in reknown Thai restaurants, engaging us as their catering arm.

Preferably with minimum 2 years of experience in any roles of a catering business, especially in sales, operations and logistics.
