Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support

• Identify leads, connect with prospects, assist in follow up and closing the deals.
• Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Marketing Assistance

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
• Assist in creating content for social media platforms
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
• Help manage website content updates and digital marketing activities

Event Planning & Coordination

• Support in organizing promotional events, webinars, and trade shows
• Assist with event logistics, attendee engagement, and post-event reporting

Analytics & Reporting:

• Provide insights on sales performance, customer feedback, and campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics) is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Creative thinking with attention to detail and a keen interest in current marketing trends
• Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
