• Diploma or Degree in any field is welcome.
• 5-days work week. Rotational weekends (Sat & Sun) required.
• Preferably minimum 1 year in operational role.
• Preferable experience working with MOH or other relevant stakeholders in the healthcare industry in general.

• Experience working with elderly in the community would be good to have.

• Able to work independently with little supervision.

Job Description

• Support buddy system within the team on day-to-day operational handling.
• Manage trucking activities to fullfill customers' delivery requirement.
• Deploy Prime Mover drivers to perform trucking activites.
• Ensure all drivers follow and perform safety checklist and requirements at all time to achieve zero accident.
• Monitor truck and delivery status to optimize resources.
• Ensure all Prime Mover drivers are aware of specific customer requirements.
• Perform CMS / CTR booking.
• Knowledge of Portnet and shipping document.
• Liaise with workshop on vehicle repair / routine servicing.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assisgned by the Management.

Responsibilities

Assist the management to achieve the forecast and meet the company budget

Co-ordinates with agent on marketing promotion so as to maximize the revenue

Oversee smooth operations and ensure cost effectiveness in inventory control management

Implement business strategies to increase profitability of F&B operations

Designing new dishes to fit the menu

Encourage co-operation between assigned food preparation personnel and food service personnel to ensure quick and efficient service from the kitchen

Managing human resources, including staff hiring, training promotion and termination

Requirement
