Your Profile

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in hotel tech sales or a related field, ideally selling SaaS solutions tailored to hospitality.
• Proven success in closing deals with hotels, hotel brands, or management companies.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience working independently, meeting sales targets, and managing a diverse sales pipeline.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and systems (e.g., PMS, CRS, guest engagement platforms).

Preferred Skills

• Experience selling middleware or guest personalization platforms is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of IRECKONU's solutions is a must
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales applications.

Purpose

Tokenize Xchange is one of South East Asia’s largest digital asset exchange by trading volume and users. We strive to be the reliable and secure platform for fiat to crypto on-off ramp services while creating utility for our users’ digital assets.

We are seeking to hire a Product Manager to manage the product development process within the organization. The ideal candidate should be able to research to determine our clients’ needs to determine the features on our product. The product owner will also be collaborating closely with the engineering department to ensure timely delivering of objectives. Ultimately, the product owner should be able to lead the product development team toward achieving the vision and mission of the organization.

Responsibilities

· Collaborating with users and clients and internal teams to understand and their needs and translate them into product requirements

· Leading the product development process

· Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by the development teams

· Acting as the main point of contact between various departments and development teams

· Managing and prioritizing product backlog items

· Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process

· Identifying areas of improvement.

· Keeping stakeholders informed of the status of the product

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering

· Min 2 years in Product Management related roles with roven hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle

· In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology

· Working knowledge of product development architecture

· Proficiency in the use of analytic tools

· Ability to prioritize effectively

· Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles

· Excellent oral and written communication

· Ability to work with large teams

· Understanding of design quality standards
