About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to work directly with our largest and most strategic customers. You will be key to the success of our customers, driving adoption and ensuring they derive value from ChatGPT Enterprise and OpenAI API. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Engineering teams.
