About the Role

The Assistant Human Resources/Admin Manager reports to the Senior Corporate Development Officer. He/she is responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources operations of the company. Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and office administration
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, particularly in office administration
