The Sales Operations Partner II will play an essential role in translating F5’s digital strategy to a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to help deliver business impact at scale. Primary Responsibilities

• Act as primary Sales Operations business partner to Digital Sales Leadership in managing a high-performance sales organization
• Drive the execution of the global digital sales strategy, ensuring effective and consistent implementation in line with established guidelines.
• Implement and oversee programs to track key sales objectives
• Partner with Digital Sales Leadership and Marketing to develop and implement a unified GTM strategy aligned with company priorities

SALES

• Set and communicate the vision and mission for the region: train, develop, mentor and motivate the sales & account management team to success.
