Requirements:

* To assist Sales Executive in corresponding, coordinating and collaborating with various customer's inquiry and complaint, by communicating with all related department from factory to sales executive.

* To provide on-time, polite, intelligent and attentive customer service at all the time.

* To coordinate with production and logistic department to ensure timely delivery of customer's order.

* To prepare and file various sales documentations in a timely and orderly procedure. Documents include Quotations, Proforma Invoices, Production Order, Job Order, Delivery Orders, Commercial Invoice.
